Happy New Year 2007.....
I thought this is my first year in US .. so will enjoii alot.. atleast i am not with my parents so can rome around in the night. Myself and my room mate planned to go out to rome in the downtown area.. heard there's going to be some fireworks for the new year eve. Well here starts my New year story....
31st Dec....
Planning alot the previous day.. I started to my office hoping that today night we are going to enjoiii... a new year in US... Went to office.... had some junk work.. asusual.. tried to complete few.. when the clock ticked 5'o clock we thought lets call it for the day as its the last day of the year.. so started early from office... on the way home we thought we have lot of time why don't we go for a movie and then we will go out to the downtown... there started our new year enjoiment.. the wheather was very bad... i had my over jacket and gloves with me.. thought this will help me in getting rid of this cold weather... but what happend u know.. asusual i was wrong.. it was damn cold... when we were returning from the cinema hall.. i was literally freezing.. i just cudn't feel my fingers... i just wanted to get into some place warm... was waiting for the light rail.... we came at the right time to station... saw the train coming towards the station... that feeling was too good....just for a sec thought now its just a matter of 10 or 15 secs.. then we can get into the train... now that stupid train stopped before entering the station.. don't know why.. it was standing in front of the station for atleast 5 mins... isn't that irritating.... atlast the train came and when i entered the train it was feeling like heaven.... came home.. just thought of cooking some food and then we will start for the midnight hungamaa...
started cooking around 9:30... bendi was boiling...it was 10:00 bendi was still boiling.... it was 11:00 bendi was still boiling... i added water ..again and again.. only water got evaporated.. bendi was unaffected...no change in its state.. was really surprised... then called on of my friend.. she told me we shud not boil bendi.. we shud fry it without water.. boooooom.. so no scope of having food.. and its alread 11:30.... shud i really go out now in this cold or shud i sit prepare food...
i again started preparing food... now it was potato.. atleast this time i was confident that it will boil... atlast ended up cooking during the New year eve... any ways .. Happy New Year to all........

My Trip to Chicago
It all started with many disappointments..we planned alot for this trip.. only to find dropouts at the end. first to go was Pradeep (Pudhu mapillai).. this guy never had any work in office, but god only know why he had work on this particular week end. Next to go out was PP(peter papa).. gave a hype that she will come and meet all.. later she also came with the same story....
well with all these i packed my stuff and was sitting in airport.. just hoping that atleast Deepak (I was supposed to stay with him in chicago) would come to airport to pickme up.. The flight got delayed by an hour... just thought will call deepak and will let him know that i will be late by an hour.. i was trying his number continously only to reach his voice mail.. without his home address... didn't know wht to do.. i just thought (total damage da vetri).. then he called and confirmed me that he is going to come and pick me up....
Well there started my Chicago Trip.. after this it was all surprises... We went to his house.. wow... he has prepared chicken for me.... had great food... shiva(my very good friend) called me and said he is driving to chicago just to meet me.. woow another surprise... the first day meet one of my college mate.. we all went out .. roamed around the streets of chicago... it wa fun.. w eplayed mini golf and I won it.. huraae.. deepak lost it by a single point...
Later went to a indian restaurant had good food.. before we just forgot where we parked our car... its really funny searching for ur car in the parking lot.. don't know which floor we parked.. hahahah we almost went to all the floors... Sai was too tired.. he cudn't move his feet... we all enjoied that day...
In the night shiva came.. didn't have much time to speak with him as it was already too late.. wo we chatted for a while in the morning and again started our chicago trip.. went to Sears Tower... wooowww.. amazing building... huge structure... view of the city from this building was cool... really nice.. chicago was looking so good from that place.....
Well the same day evening i travelled back to my place.. it was really a nice trip...
